Why?
I thought there was enough interest in my Codeigniter videos on Youtube to warrant putting up a site dedicated to sorting and filtering them. I also thought at the time that it would be pretty cool to try and start a community where other’s contribute tutorials but I haven’t gotten around to this yet! Having said that – I would be more than happy to allow someone else to post videos on the site if they showed any interest!
What?
The site houses each of my Codeigniter video tutorials. I have tagged and categorised each video and provided menus to allow visitors to quickly find videos based on that tagging.
All playlists are also listed for easy access and occasionally (very very occasionally I will post a Codeigniter or site related blog post).
How?
The site is a WordPress site using a free template from the Theme Foundry. I didn’t put any effort into this one – I just wanted to get it up and running and up to date with all my tutorials asap so I didn’t muck around with it. And let’s face it – the free WordPress theme is fine for the purpose and I would only ruin it if I tried to make any changes!
